Operations Executive | WEST | BONUS

Salary: $3,000 to $4,000

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm) , Sat (8.30am - 12.30pm)

Working Location: Benoi

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Import permit declarations
• Coordinate daily deliveries, routes, and logistics operations.
• Manage import documents, permits, and TradeNet declarations.
• Liaise with shipping lines, customers, hauliers, and warehouses.
• Arrange container collection, trucking, port clearance, and cargo delivery.
• Monitor vessel schedules, cargo release, and delivery status.
• Handle FCL/LCL shipments and resolve documentation issues.
• Coordinate supply boat, crew, and offshore logistics operations.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with MPA and company requirements.
