Operations Executive (Procurement)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Executive (Procurement) to support the procurement processes by ensuring accurate financial processing, database management, and attending to relevant enquiries.

The contract duration is up to 11 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing quotations, tenders and contracts
• Maintain the central databases on contracts and tenancy agreements
• Collate returns for demand aggregation purposes
• Attend to user queries on procurement and revenue contracting matters

Requirements

• Diploma in any field
• An independent team player with positive work attitude
• Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous with attention to details
