Operations Executive - RAC

Job Summary:

The Team Leader – Billing is responsible for leading the billing team, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, monitoring daily operations, resolving billing issues, and achieving departmental productivity and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management & Billing Operations

· Lead and supervise the billing team on daily operations.

· Allocate work and monitor daily productivity &Training

· Conduct daily team meetings and provide guidance.

· Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance.

· Ensure compliance with client agreements, rate cards, and SOPs.

· Monitor pending billing and ensure timely closure.

· Ensure timely and accurate invoice generation.

· Verify billing documents before invoice processing.

· Coordinate with Purchase, Operations, and Accounts for issue resolution.

· Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS.

· Track billing TAT, productivity, and pending reports.

· Report team performance to management.

Quality & Compliance

· Ensure error-free billing and minimize rework.

· Verify GST compliance and supporting documentation

· Maintain proper billing records and documentation.

Client & Vendor Coordination

· Resolve billing-related queries.

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders for billing clarifications.

· Ensure a timely response to escalations.
