About this role
As part of the business operations team, you will work closely with the team to shape and execute strategy and business plans. This is a role for someone who is energised by ambiguity: you will be handed problems with no obvious answer, and be expected to break them down, dig into the data and the market, form a point of view you can defend, and then own the solution through to implementation. You will have the opportunity to push boundaries, experiment with new ideas and embrace learning to take on the impossible and drive growth in this ever-changing, fast-paced niche industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Own business problems from definition through implementation, structuring the analysis and testing hypotheses along the way.
• Interrogate operational and driver behaviour data to surface trends, size opportunities, and translate insights into initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Track the competitive and regulatory landscape, including competitor moves, pricing and incentive strategies, LTA and other regulatory developments, and translate findings into recommendations for the business.
• Build the analytical case behind decisions, including opportunity sizing, unit economics, scenario modelling, and honest post-implementation reviews of whether the change worked.
• Develop deep knowledge of the industry and the driver journey, and use it to design and refine value propositions.
• Lead acquisition and retention initiatives by forming hypotheses, designing campaigns or interventions, measuring results, and iterating.
• Work in cross-functional teams to deliver projects from ideation through implementation, influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Run day-to-day supply-side operations across driver onboarding, support, and compliance to a high standard of efficiency and quality, keeping operational data and documentation accurate enough to support decision-making.
• Ensure operational readiness for new features, policies, and programmes, including regulatory operations and supporting documentation.
• Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders through proactive follow-ups and ongoing support.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a role that requires real problem-solving and analysis, such as business operations, strategy, consulting, or analytics.
• Comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior stakeholders.
• Previous experience in ride-hailing, transport, or logistics is a plus.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s ride-hailing and point-to-point transport industry is a plus.

• Working knowledge of Singapore’s ride-hailing and point-to-point transport industry.
