Operations Executive (Technical and Inventory)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive (Technical and Inventory) to support our SOC/Isotank operations. This role involves managing equipment movement, inventory accuracy, and coordinating with partners across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare On-Hire and Off-Hire reports for Isotank/SOC equipment

• Manage and update inventory records with accurate data input

• Arrange trucking for empty Isotank units

• Source and follow up with Isotank/SOC prospects and agents internationally

• Monitor and submit daily Isotank/SOC activity reports

• Coordinate Off-Hiring procedures for Isotank/SOC units

• Verify invoices related to SOC operations and technical equipment

• Oversee LOLO (Loading/Offloading) activities to ensure proper handling of inventory

• Review container re-use requests and confirm units are suitable for next shipment

• Follow up with local and overseas agents and prospects to develop potential

Isotank shipment opportunities

-Develop and souring for prospective clients for new shipments

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level qualification

 - Responsible, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

 - Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team

 - Basic technical knowledge of SOC (Shipper-Owned Container) and Isotank operations

 - Preferably with experience in Logistics, Shipping, or Freight Forwarding

 - Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
