Operations Executive - Virtuous Vision

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day agency operations and project coordination.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, production teams, and internal departments.
• Support planning and execution of BTL, brand activation, events, and promotional activities.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and execution status.
• Prepare MIS, reports, presentations, trackers, and operational documents.
• Manage vendor coordination, quotations, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Ensure smooth communication and timely completion of assigned projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• 37 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, activation, events, or creative agency.
• Good understanding of BTL marketing.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Graduate from a recognized university.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
