Operations Executive(Technical Services)

Designation: Operations Executive

Department: Client Experience & Operations

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Proper space planning and EHS.
• Liaison with local municipality/corporation for any building related work, Licenses, Invoices and AMC
• Support in building operations and communication with all the relevant support teams to ensure the highest level of member satisfaction
• Solve member-related issues and manage member expectations
• Create MIS reports for all mandatory statutory compliance and AMC's
• Supervise Housekeeping and Security operations along with the Facility Manager & parking.

Technical Skills Required

• Knowledge of Electrical Systems (LT Panels, DG Sets, UPS, Transformers, Lighting Systems).
• Knowledge of HVAC Systems (AHU, FCU, Chillers, VRV/VRF Systems).
• Experience in Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance Management .
• Understanding of Building Management System (BMS) and Facility Management Software.
• Expertise in Vendor Management , AMC Monitoring, and Service Level Compliance.
• Knowledge of EHS Standards , risk assessment, and workplace safety practices.

Skills & Qualification Required:

• Minimum Experience required – 3 years
• Strong knowledge of maintaining building facility
• Should have hands on experience on MEP

Engineering/ Technical degree or diploma.
