Multiple Banking Operations Roles (Collections, Retail Banking, Fraud, Payments)

Position Overview

This role encompasses multiple banking operations functions including collections, retail banking support, fraud management, and payments processing at Level 2. Candidates need 6 months -2 years of experience, ideally 1-2 years in Mumbai or similar markets. The position demands handling investigations, customer service, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced banking environment.

Key Responsibilities :-

#Collections and #CustomerService :- Investigate and handle retail complaints via phone/chat; manage card disputes, virtual/live complaints; ensure accurate resolution and follow-up.

#RetailBankingSupport :- Manage customer accounts, provide support, and leverage Zendrive /SPC knowledge for within-process activities.

#FraudManagement :- Analyze transactions for fraud; conduct investigations, monitor AML issues, trace transactions, and prepare fraud reports.

#PaymentsProcessing :- Handle L1/L2 payment support, knowledge of bank processes, and ensure strong problem-solving for payroll/real-time payments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong communication, analytical skills, and good knowledge of MS Office tools.

Experience in banking operations, collections, fraud detection (AML/KYC), and payments; 6 months -2 years preferred.

Problem-solving abilities, customer handling via Zendrive /SPC, and data analysis skills.

Experience Level :-

6 Months - 2 years in banking operations, with preference for 1-2 years in collections, fraud, or payments roles in India.
