Foreman – Operations Support

Hunt Club Farm is seeking a reliable, hands-on leader who takes pride in ensuring work is completed fully and correctly each day. This position is best suited for an individual who leads by example, works well alongside a team, and maintains a strong sense of accountability for results.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and willing to put in the effort required to meet the daily needs of the farm. This includes adapting to changing priorities, supporting special events, and stepping into any task necessary to ensure the success of operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 4–8 employees in daily operations
• Assign, monitor, and ensure completion of all daily tasks and responsibilities
• Maintain accountability for the quality, timeliness, and safety of all work performed
• Oversee and participate in: Maintenance and repairs of facilities and equipment- Landscaping and grounds upkeep -Road and general property maintenance - Event setup and breakdown - Special projects and improvements
• Assist in executing daily and weekly work activities
• Identify operational needs and address issues promptly to prevent delays
• Work alongside team members as needed in a working foreman capacity
• Adjust work hours and responsibilities as necessary to support farm operations and events

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in a supervisory or foreman role preferred
• Background in maintenance, construction, landscaping, or facility operations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold a team accountable
• Demonstrated ability to follow through and ensure tasks are completed
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to identify problems and implement practical solutions
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work for extended periods
• Capability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as needed up to 100 lbs
• Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and use of tools and equipment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days

This position plays a critical role in ensuring that Hunt Club Farm operates smoothly each day. Success in this role is defined by consistent completion of work, strong team leadership, and a commitment to maintaining the farm to the highest standards.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
