Operations Freelance

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery operations, including order assignment, dispatching, trip monitoring, and Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Coordinate manpower and courier/rider requirements, including shift planning, attendance, productivity, performance, and incentive management.
• Monitor fleet availability and utilization, including maintenance, fuel/EV charging, vehicle allocation, and operational readiness.
• Monitor operational KPIs such as SLA achievement, delivery success rate, on-time delivery, productivity, cancellation, and failed delivery.
• Handle operational issues, customer complaints, escalations, and investigations, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure operational processes are executed accordi
• ng to SOPs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams, couriers/riders, customers, and external vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation to support performance monitoring and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, delivery, fleet, or courier management is preferred.
• Experience in last-mile delivery, logistics, fleet operations, or on-demand delivery is a plus.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work with couriers/riders, internal teams, customers, and vendors.
• Able to work with operational data and performance metrics using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle operational issues and escalations effectively.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic operational environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when required.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work on a freelance basis and support field operations when required.
