Operations Graduate

Green Gorilla is looking for our next Operations Graduate to join our growing team in Auckland where we are reshaping how New Zealand thinks about resource recovery. This is a hands-on opportunity for a recent graduate to rotate through our operations functions, learn the end-to-end mechanics of a fast-moving logistics and environmental services business, and build the foundation for a career with real impact. The position:

The position is supported by strong internal guidance and support to ensure your skills and knowledge are tracking for growth across business processes, systems and team management.

The candidate:

You will be a recent university graduate with a bachelor degree, however you are more important than the type of degree you have attained, so we are open to degrees that may not be the obvious choice. We are on the hunt for a very special person who has the energy, drive, intelligence and character to define how their career and skills develop across our organisation.
