Operations Head – Cloud Kitchen / Café / QSR

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and commercially driven Operations Head to manage and improve day-to-day operations across a growing food business.

The ideal candidate should have strong Cloud Kitchen experience (around 70%), along with exposure to Café operations (around 30%) and a good understanding of the QSR environment.

This role is suited for someone who is not just an operations executor, but can think on their feet, solve problems, manage people, control costs and improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across cloud kitchens and café outlets
• Ensure smooth kitchen, service, order and dispatch operations
• Drive compliance with food quality, hygiene, safety and operational SOPs
• Monitor food cost, wastage, inventory, productivity and other operational KPIs
• Manage delivery operations and coordinate with food platforms
• Handle vendor coordination, procurement and supply requirements
• Lead outlet managers, kitchen teams and operational staff
• Plan manpower, shifts and deployment based on business requirements
• Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions
• Monitor customer experience and take corrective action where required
• Support new outlet / kitchen launches and improve existing processes
• Work closely with the management team on operational planning and business growth

Ideal Candidate

• 6–10+ years of experience in Cloud Kitchen / QSR / Café operations
• Strong Cloud Kitchen experience with additional Café and QSR exposure
• Experience managing multiple units / locations will be preferred
• Strong understanding of food operations, delivery, inventory, manpower and cost control
• Good commercial understanding with the ability to connect operations with business performance
• Should be smart, practical, proactive and strong at problem-solving
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing food business

Key Requirement:
We are specifically looking for candidates who have combined exposure across Cloud Kitchen + Café + QSR operations, rather than experience limited to only one format.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
