Operations Head

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Head to oversee, optimize, and scale our daily business operations. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, streamline processes, and align operational strategies with company growth objectives to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies, workflows, and long-term business growth plans.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity and reduce overhead costs.
• Direct and mentor department managers, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive team accountability and performance.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to manage operational budgets, forecast resource needs, and maximize ROI.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and HR to ensure seamless cross-departmental operations and clear communications.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of operational leadership experience (Operations Manager, Director, or Head of Operations).
• Strong leadership, performance management, data-driven decision-making, and organizational expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
