Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the courier/logistics department, ensuring timely delivery of packages and documents.
- Oversee transportation schedules, routes, and vehicle maintenance to minimize delays and optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate with dispatch team to ensure accurate tracking of shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
- Analyze data from FICO reports to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve overall operational performance.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in courier/logistics industry or related field.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, including inventory control and logistics planning.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Experience working with FICO software for financial analysis.
