Operations Head

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the mall, residential areas, and community park.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, standards, and service protocols.
• Ensure smooth coordination among mall, residential, park, engineering, security, housekeeping, parking, and customer service teams.
• Establish operational priorities and ensure effective allocation of manpower, equipment, and resources.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure that operational deficiencies are promptly addressed.
• Maintain high standards of property presentation, functionality, cleanliness, safety, and customer experience.
• Develop contingency plans and ensure operational readiness for emergencies, disruptions, severe weather, and other incidents.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of any Engineering course with management background
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in the same field with managerial exposure
• Must be experienced in customer service
• Must possess excellent communication/facilitation skills
