What they need
Operations Head develops and implements strategies to improve branch performance, sales, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor branch performance through regular store visits and operational reviews.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
Lead new store opening and branch expansion activities.
Oversee inventory management, stock movements, pricing, and product availability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and discipline standards.
Manage branch maintenance, repairs, and operational costs.
Foster teamwork and drive high-performance branch operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- 5–10 years of managerial experience in retail or related industries.
- Proficient in store operations systems and technology.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and capable of leading teams effectively.
