**Key Experience:**Plastic Injection Moulding

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for plant operations, production, quality, maintenance and delivery
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity and cost optimization
• Lead manufacturing operations with a strong focus on Plastic Injection Moulding
• Ensure achievement of production and customer delivery targets
• Manage manpower, machines, capacity planning and operational resources
• Drive continuous improvement, Lean, 5S, Kaizen and productivity initiatives
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and statutory requirements
• Develop and lead a high-performing operations team
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Support new product development, process improvement and capacity expansion

Ideal Candidate:

• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
• Strong hands-on experience in Plastic Injection Moulding
• Experience in the automotive / auto-component industry preferred
• Strong leadership and plant management capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
