Operations Head

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Operations Head to oversee the company's day-to-day operations, ensure operational efficiency, and drive consistent business performance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing multiple teams, improving processes, controlling costs, and achieving operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across branches, departments, or business units.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, sales, costs, and overall business results.
• Lead, manage, and develop department heads, supervisors, and operational staff.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and operational standards.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions and improvements.
• Monitor expenses, inventory, manpower, and other operational resources.
• Coordinate with management and different departments to achieve business objectives.
• Establish performance targets and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Review operational reports and provide recommendations to management.
• Handle escalated customer, employee, and operational concerns.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a managerial or senior leadership position.
• Proven experience managing multiple teams, departments, or business locations.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of operational planning, budgeting, cost control, and performance management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Results-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business/operations management systems.
• Food and beverage, hospitality, retail, or multi-branch operations experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible hours and visit different business locations when required.

What We're Looking For

A hands-on and strategic operations leader who can manage people and processes, improve operational efficiency, control costs, and ensure that business units consistently meet company standards and performance targets.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
