Operations Head

Role: Keeping trucks moving, drivers safe, customers happy, and costs under tight control.

Brief Qualifications:

A graduate of any business course, not less than 5 years experience on the related field, results driven, agile and analytical, collaborative and can submit a timely data-driven reports.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Fleet & Dispatch Management

• Route & Schedule Optimization: Oversight, delegate and assign loads to Dispatcher to map efficient routes to minimize fuel costs, avoid empty backhauls, and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Driver Coordination: Oversight and delegate tasks to Dispatcher to manage driver schedules, monitor rest hours, track real-time locations, and handle unexpected delivery delays or road incidents.

2. Maintenance & Asset Tracking

• Fleet Upkeep: Schedule regular maintenance and servicing for trucks and trailers to prevent costly on-road breakdowns.
• Fuel & Expense Control: Track fuel consumption, toll expenses, and maintenance costs to protect slim profit margins.

3. Customer & Cargo Oversight

• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer updates, proof-of-delivery (POD) confirmations, and service inquiries.
• Issue Resolution: Quickly solve discrepancies, customer complaints, or emergency re-routing requests.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure drivers hold valid licenses and trucks pass required safety inspections and emissions tests.
• Safety Enforcement: Enforce safe driving habits and mandatory logbook tracking.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
