Operations Head

About the role

We are hiring an Operations Manager who owns every client's work from the moment they are onboarded until the final deliverable is handed over.

TaxCrafted Solutions is a pan-India compliance services company based in Delhi. We help businesses with company incorporation, GST registration, FSSAI licensing, trademark registration, ISO certification and ongoing company compliance. Our sister brand, MediaNuts, offers digital marketing services.

You will run each client's work end to end, in this order:

1. Client onboarding — Receive the closed client from the sales team. Review the service purchased, payment status and documents shared.

2. Understand the requirement — Speak with the client within 24 hours of onboarding. Confirm scope, timelines and the documents still needed.

3. Document collection — Prepare a clear checklist for the client and follow up until all documents are complete and verified.

4. Assign work to the team — Allocate the task to the right person (incorporation, GST, FSSAI, trademark, ISO, compliance) with a clear deadline.

5. Track progress daily — Maintain a work tracker for every open file. Remove blockers, escalate delays and re-plan where needed.

6. Client communication — Keep the client updated at each stage on WhatsApp and calls. Handle queries and concerns promptly.

7. Quality check — Review the final work (applications, certificates, filings) for accuracy before it reaches the client.

8. Final delivery & closure — Hand over the completed work, collect any pending payment, take feedback and close the file.

Alongside this, you will:

• Share a daily/weekly status report with the founders
• Coordinate with sales so the right information passes at handover
• Identify upsell opportunities (compliance, trademark, MediaNuts services) and pass them to sales
• Improve processes, checklists and SOPs to reduce turnaround time

Who we are looking for

Must have

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred)
• 2–4 years in operations or client servicing, ideally at a CA firm, legal-tech or compliance services company
• Working knowledge of incorporation, GST, FSSAI, trademark or ROC compliance processes
• Strong communication in Hindi and English, on calls and WhatsApp
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and work trackers

Good to have

• Experience managing a small team of executives
• Familiarity with MCA, GST and FSSAI portals

• Calm with clients, firm with deadlines

Compensation & how to apply

• Salary: 20,000 - 30,000 per month (based on experience)
• Working days: Monday to Saturday
• Location: 807, DDA 2, BUILDING, DISTRICT CENTRE, JANAKPURI WEST, NEW DELHI
