What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Conducting Regular MRM (Monthly review Meeting) with Warehouse Manager and Senior Management.
- Conducting QBR(Quaterly Business Review) with client.
- Responsible for reviewing new Project Solutions.
- Responsible for Individual P&L each and every account.
- Support HR in selection and onboarding of critical roles in operations.
- Responsible for ensuring that Individual Warehouse Leaders able to achieve the KPIs.
- Need to take up improvement & Operation Excellence projects for individual DCs.
- Need to manage Transitions for New Projects.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/ Post Graduate.
- Minimum 12+ Yrs of Experience in White Goods Industry.
- Added Advantage- Having Six Sigma Qualification
