Operations Head

Role & responsibilities.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Head to oversee day-to-day school operations, administration, staff coordination, admissions, parent relations, infrastructure, procurement, and compliance. The candidate will be responsible for implementing SOPs, streamlining processes, monitoring team performance, coordinating with academic and management teams, and ensuring smooth and efficient school functioning. Candidates should possess strong leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, with relevant experience in school administration or operations.
