Operations Head

WE ARE HIRING – HEAD OF OPERATIONS | F&B

Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-outlet operations to achieve sales, profitability, and business growth targets.
• Monitor outlet performance, sales trends, operational KPIs, and implement improvement strategies.
• Manage operational costs, budgeting, P&L, inventory, food quality, and food safety standards.
• Ensure SOP compliance, service excellence, and consistent customer experience across all outlets.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate Operations teams, including Outlet Managers and Supervisors.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Marketing, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Brand teams to optimize business performance.
• Prepare operational reports, evaluate business performance, and support outlet expansion and strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Hotel Management, F&B Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, restaurant management, or multi-outlet operations, preferably in a managerial or senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, budgeting, food cost, labor cost, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
• Proven experience in SOP implementation, team leadership, and performance management.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Hands-on leadership style and ability to manage multiple outlets in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in new outlet openings or business expansion is an advantage
