Operations Head for Logistics (Competitive Pay!)

We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead and oversee operational activities within the logistics industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, optimizing resources, improving service delivery, and driving overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead and manage operational teams to achieve business objectives and performance targets.
• Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage resources, budgets, and operational costs effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable industry regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and external partners to ensure smooth business operations.
• Identify operational risks and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Significant experience in operations management within the logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related industries.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing operational functions.
• Strong knowledge of operational planning, process improvement, and resource management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
