Operations Intern

As an Operations Intern, you will support the team in managing day-to-day operational activities, promotional campaigns, and data analysis. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work with large sets of data to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Promotional Campaign Management

• Input and maintain promotional information (discounts, special offers, product launches) accurately and on time in internal systems
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure campaign data is updated and executed properly
• Monitor campaign implementation to ensure alignment with operational plans

Competitor Research

• Conduct regular research on competitors’ promotional activities, pricing strategies, and operational initiatives
• Compile, organize, and analyze competitor data
• Prepare reports and insights to support strategic decision-making

Data Maintenance & Analysis

• Maintain and update critical operational data with high accuracy
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and integrity checks
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
• Support reporting needs for operational performance

Qualifications

• Active university student (any major, preferably Business, Management, Operations, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields)
• Strong sense of ownership and proactive attitude
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with different stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleaning)
• Ability to manage data accurately and work with deadlines
• Skills in graphic design or tools such as Canva is a plus
• Interest in gadgets and technology is a plus
