Key Responsibilities
- Assist with loan documentation and verification.

- Support the team in loan processing, follow-ups, and status tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams and finance partners for smooth loan closure.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer/loan details in CRM or Excel.
Requirements
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
