About the Internship

Talent Craft India is looking for motivated and responsible Operations Interns who want to gain practical experience in EdTech operations, coordination, and day-to-day business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational activities.
• Coordinate with trainers, students, parents, and internal teams.
• Help with class scheduling and follow-ups.
• Maintain Google Sheets, records, and operational reports.
• Support the team in resolving day-to-day operational issues.
• Assist with enrollment and student onboarding processes.
• Participate in team meetings and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Students and freshers are welcome to apply.
