Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management & Warehouse Logistics

• Support inventory audits, stock counts, and daily tracking across central storage and retail showrooms.
• Reconcile inventory records, flag stock discrepancies, and monitor reorder points for medical devices and consumables.
• Assist in organizing stock storage, label management, and batch/expiry date tracking for quality control.

2. Order Fulfillment & Supply Chain

• Process online and offline customer orders efficiently to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners, couriers, and internal drivers for schedule optimization.
• Track order lead times, shipment statuses, and assist in vendor/supplier communication.

3. Showroom & Event Operations

• Assist in store operational logistics, product restocking, and visual display maintenance.
• Provide logistics and setup support for health fairs, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional pop-ups.
• Handle basic customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery, and basic product handling.

4. Process Improvement & Reporting

• Assist operations managers in drafting and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare routine operational reports on order metrics, fulfillment bottlenecks, and inventory turnover.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, basic data analysis tools).
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Able to multitask, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail/e-commerce environment, and work independently as well as in a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (bilingual capability is an advantage for customer/vendor interaction).
