Key Result Area/Duties & Responsibilities

1. Perform analysis of data

• Improve existing shared file sheet and hyperlink.

• Weekly data gathering of daily sales, itemized, promo, customer survey feedback, customer complaint, google my business, and customer review in food panda and grab food.

• Weekly sort and organize information in spread sheet and ensuring all information is accurate and complete.

• Identify and analyze area opportunities from success to failure.

• Bi-weekly present info into visual through graphs, diagrams, written report.

1. Assist on weekly sales analysis.

• Itemizes, promo, daily sales, others.

1. Assist on sales management project.

• Initiative, business review

1. Assist and accompany of officer if store visit required for the analytical project.

2. Assist on managing and consolidation of franchise files.

• Financial statement

• Promo cost

1. Update for day-to-day accomplished task.

2. May also be assigned to other departments once task in Operations is completed.

3. Performs other task that maybe assigned from time to time.
