Job Title: Customer Success– Operations Intern

Location: Bavdhan, Pune

Duration: 3 Months

Job Overview: Weare looking for a proactive Operations Intern to support the Customer Success team. The intern will assist in managing daily operational activities, ensuring smooth coordination.

Key Responsibilities:  Assist in coordinating with vendors for various operational requirements.

 Maintain and update databases, records, and documentation.

 Handle logistics management including scheduling, resource allocation, and follow-ups

 Assist in preparing reports, data sheets, and MIS using Excel or similar tools

 Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operational tasks within the Customer Success team

Required Skills & Qualifications:  Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

 Goodknowledge of MS Excel and basic data management

 Strong organizational and multitasking skills

 Excellent communication and coordination abilities

 Person should good with Word, Canva, PPT

 Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
