Operations Intern

**Job Summary:**The Operations Intern is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day hospital operations, coordinating between departments, and enhancing patient experience. The role involves managing operational processes, monitoring service quality, and supporting administrative functions to ensure efficient healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hospital operations including OPD, IPD, diagnostics, and support services
• Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams for seamless workflow
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, NABH standards, and regulatory compliance
• Monitor patient flow, admission and discharge processes
• Handle patient queries, escalations, and ensure high patient satisfaction
• Maintain and track operational reports, MIS, and KPIs
• Assist in staff scheduling and resource allocation
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely availability of supplies and services
• Support billing, front office, and insurance coordination when required
• Conduct regular audits and suggest process improvements
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards across departments

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Business Administration
• MBA (Hospital Administration/Healthcare) preferred

Experience:

• Freshers with relevant qualifications.
