Operations Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Intern to work closely with the Operations team on strategic and operational initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to business operations, process improvement, and cross-functional project execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys solving problems, streamlining processes, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Director on key operational and strategic initiatives.
• Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend improvements.
• Drive projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and business productivity.
• Analyze operational data, generate insights, and present recommendations.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion.
• Assist in designing and implementing process optimization frameworks.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership reviews.
• Support ad-hoc business and operational requirements as needed.
• Duration : 3-6 months

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing or recently completed a B.Tech degree.
• Open to all specializations except Computer Science/Information Science.
• Candidates from Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineering colleges preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint is preferred.
• Prior internship/project experience in operations, consulting, analytics, or project management will be an added advantage.
