Operations Intern

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Operations Intern to support daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between teams, trainers, and students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, documentation, and reporting.
• Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to drive renewals.
• Address and coordinate the resolution of trainer- and student-raised concerns.
• Maintain records and support process improvements.
• Support other activities aligned with the LX team's requirements.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 per month
