Troovy is a modern kids' nutrition brand building healthier and smarter food habits for families. We create products that kids genuinely enjoy while giving parents better everyday choices. What you’ll do

Operations is where things either run smoothly or quietly fall apart. You’ll help keep them running. Day to day, that looks like:

• Tracking orders, tasks, and deliverables across teams and making sure nothing slips.
• Updating and cleaning data in our trackers, sheets, and internal tools.
• Coordinating with vendors, partners, and customers to resolve issues quickly.
• Documenting processes so the next person doesn’t have to guess.
• Spotting bottlenecks, suggesting fixes, and helping put them in place.
• Preparing weekly reports for the team lead.
• Pitching in wherever the team is stretched.

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need a perfect résumé. You need good instincts and follow-through.

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from any discipline (business, engineering, and commerce backgrounds all work).
• Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel. If you can build a clean tracker, you’re ahead.
• Clear written and spoken communication.
• Organized, curious, and not bothered by messy problems.

Nice to have

• Previous internship or project experience in operations, logistics, or customer support.
• A habit of asking why a process works the way it does.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: Work from the office.
• Saturday: Virtual work-from-home day for the Operations team.
