Operations Lead (2W Ride Hailing)

Dash Electric is Hiring: 2-Wheels Ops Team Leader (Ride Hailing)

We’re looking for a highly driven and hands-on Supervisor to help us scale our 2-wheels ride-hailing business in South Jakarta

Your mission is simple:

• Build massive driver supply
• Make sure supply matches demand
• Help us scale district per districts

What you’ll be responsible for?

• Lead massive driver acquisition & hiring
• Build and optimize driver recruitment channels
• Develop partnerships with ojol communities, driver groups & field networks
• Manage and drive the performance of recruitment / acquisition teams
• Analyze supply vs. demand by area and time
• Identify supply gaps and immediately execute recruitment strategies
• Improve driver activation and retention
• Monitor daily driver supply, active drivers, utilization & order fulfillment
• Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Product & City teams
• Build scalable processes to support rapid city expansion

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 2–5+ years of experience in ride-hailing, logistics, fleet operations, recruitment, field acquisition, or similar industries
• Has experience in mass hiring / mass acquisition
• Comfortable managing recruiters, field teams, or community-based acquisition
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Understands supply-demand dynamics
• Highly target-driven and comfortable working with aggressive KPIs
• Hands-on, proactive and willing to spend time in the field
• Experience from Gojek, Grab, Maxim, Lalamove, inDrive, Green SM, logistics, fleet management, or mass recruitment is a strong plus.
