What they need
- Perform daily operations to Direct Manager.
- Managing all company assists involving to projects.
- Work closely with direct manager to oversee and assist in daily operations within the assigned department.
- Being responsible to implement and execute operational works from start to finish.
- Perform daily tasks as assigned by the Manager or Assistant Manager, including officer work for the team, such as preparing documents data migration, filing, printing, deliveries, as well as running the company’s assets to meet operational objectives.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that can answer questions from clients/customers.
- Communicating coordination with team as necessary.
- Communicating with other team department leader or Manager and Assistant Manager as necessary.
- Responsible in troubleshooting for devices if required.
- Responsible in reporting issues on the devices if required.
- Provide ad-hoc assistance to other staff members or departments as needed to maintain or improve overall performance and work efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong work ethics, customer service value, and high dedication as well as commitment to the tasks assigned by the Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Integrity for job responsibilities and maintaining all company’s privacy and confidentiality.
- Fulfil dateline and task completion of work, ensuring no delays.
- Develop proficiency in management tools to ensure documentation and paperwork are done correctly and properly maintained and securely stored.
- Other duties as assigned.
