Warehouse Lead – SEKO Logistics

Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and professional Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with administrative and customer-facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced computer proficiency, strong communication skills, inventory knowledge, and a willingness to learn customer-specific stock and SOPs while building positive relationships with team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Run operational reports
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, shipments, and inventory
• Track container shipments
• Edit customer orders as needed
• Pick orders as required
• Perform QC reconciliation
• Confirm weights and dimensions for customers
• Support inventory accuracy and related warehouse processes
• Operate warehouse equipment (must be able to drive equipment)
• Collaborate across departments and maintain professional email and interdepartmental communication
• Build strong working relationships with fellow team members
• Continuously learn customer-specific stock details, SOPs, and processes

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Advanced computer proficiency
• Professional email communication skills
• Strong interdepartmental communication abilities
• Knowledge of inventory management
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred; willingness to learn required
• Willingness to learn all information about current customers, including stock and SOPs
• Ability to build positive relationships with coworkers
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including possible overtime
• Ability to operate/drive warehouse equipment
• Driven attitude with a strong desire to learn and advance your career
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented approach

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
