Operations Lead

About the role

The Regional Operations Manager manages, controls, and monitors operational activities in the regional area, including human resources, training and development, and visual merchandising. The role ensures operations run to standard and that sales growth and profitability targets are met, while keeping operational costs efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee store operations across all regions to ensure they are well-managed and adhere to the company's concept
• Own sales performance, including sales achievement, growth, and profit and loss for each region and store
• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales and all KPIs
• Monitor and control inventory levels, coordinating with the Merchandise team on any stock-related issues
• Prepare and coordinate store openings, closings, bazaars, relocations, renovations, and concept changes, working with landlords and contractors
• Ensure promotional activities in stores are executed according to the concept
• Explore store expansion opportunities and work with Business Development to identify new locations
• Motivate and engage store staff so they represent and embrace company values and understand company goals
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve store-related issues

About you

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience as an operations manager in the retail industry
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, people management, human resources, and labor law
• Strong leadership, conflict management, sales and customer orientation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Advanced proficiency with analytics tools, particularly Microsoft Office
• Flexible schedule and willingness to be mobile
• Willingness to travel frequently across cities
