Operations Lead (Inventory, Transport)

Key responsibilities;

• Plan, organize, and manage subordinate staff members to ensure work is completed and consistent with the company's standards
• Ensure adherence to all local regulations governing transportation operations, including safety regulations and licensing requirements
• Research transportation costs and methods and opportunities to improve network efficiency
• Monitor and evaluate transportation performance metrics, including on-time delivery, transportation costs, and carrier performance, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Manage subcontractors and dedicated fleet
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels and customer purchase trends to ensure that goals are met and inventory is always available
• Establish and oversee proper collection and analysis of key logistics data in inventory transactions
• Develop, implement, and update inventory control procedures and policies to minimize losses and reduce costs
• Ensure the stock counting process (cycle count, put away audit, BPL audit and stock taking) in the warehouse is running properly

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years work experience in logistics / supply chain
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and warehouse software applications (TMS/WMS)
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected changes or challenges in transportation operations
• Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Willing to be placed in Bandung/Bogor
