We're looking for a Warehouse Leading Hand to join our Melbourne warehouse. Working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll provide hands-on support to the team and help ensure the smooth, safe and efficient operation of a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. This is an afternoon-shift position commencing at 12 pm, Monday to Friday.

- 15% discount on Bridgestone Tyres.
- Novated leasing options through our partner.
- Financial support to complete training and obtain tickets.
- Ongoing career development and transfer opportunities across our growing Australia-wide business.
What You'll Do:

- Provide hands-on guidance to team members, lead by example and escalate operational issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Maintain safe work practices across all warehouse operations.
What You'll Bring:
- Previous warehouse experience, with exposure to leading, guiding or supporting a small team.
- Experience in inventory management.
- A current and valid forklift licence.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to guide team members and support daily workflow.
- Experience loading and unloading freight, ideally including perishable goods.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility, resilience and the ability to adapt to ever-changing priorities.
- Solid computer skills.
- Well-developed communication skills.
