You will be responsible for managing operational processes, supporting department managers, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of all business activities.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams. We need someone capable of handling daily operational challenges, making sound decisions, and driving project progress without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day to day operations, ensuring consistency across departmental processes.

Coordinate with the finance, compliance, technology, and customer support teams to resolve operational issues.

Monitor team performance, workload, and project progress to ensure timely completion.

Assist senior leadership in operational planning, resource allocation, and budget management.

Maintain relationships with external service providers and suppliers, including monitoring service quality and contract fulfillment.

Support employee onboarding, training, and performance management within the operations department.

Work with the compliance and risk management teams to ensure operational activities comply with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Prepare weekly and monthly operational update reports for senior management, including key performance indicators and outstanding issues.

As the company grows, assist in the implementation of new systems, tools, and processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Extensive experience in business operations, including at least two years in a management or supervisory role.

Experience in financial services, fintech, payments, digital assets, or technology-driven companies is preferred.

Experience in team management, cross functional project coordination, and internal business process improvement.

In depth understanding of operational reporting, budgeting, and performance management.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and common project management tools.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and communicate effectively with senior leadership.

Candidates with experience working with remote or geographically dispersed teams will be given preference.

Success Criteria

In the first few months, you will familiarize yourself with our existing operational processes, build relationships with department leaders, and identify areas where communication or processes can be improved.

Over time, we expect you to help reduce operational delays, increase team accountability, and provide management with reliable business performance information.

This is a hands on management position. We are looking for someone willing to take responsibility, implement decisions, and support the team when priorities change.
