该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、协助现场环卫清扫相关作业，确保作业区域内的工作质量； 2、负责保洁工作的现场运营管理，严格按照保洁操作规程，操作标准及评分标准进行工作及检查； 3、根据品质标准检查公司环卫作业的现场质量情况，对实际对现场作业质量进行摸查，对所辖片区每日作业进行检验检查、打分、上传、核对奖惩，整改现场作业，确保片区内的作业质量。 4、若表现优异且有意向，后期可转至商务岗位： （1）负责与政府主管部门及外协单位沟通联络，跟进环卫项目开发的具体流程； （2）负责环卫项目的前期摸底及规划； （3）项目情况整理，负责梳理项目各阶段性文件并录入系统。 岗位要求： 1、2027届本科及以上学历，市场管理、市场营销、市政工程、园林工程、环境工程、物业管理、交通工程、汽车汽修等专业； 2、能吃苦耐劳，沟通能力强，领悟能力强、自信勤奋、性格开朗、积极向上、对工作热情度高； 3、能接受工作地点全国分配。 Job Responsibilities Assist with on-site sanitation cleaning operations to guarantee service quality within the working area. Conduct on-site operation management for cleaning services. Perform work and inspections in strict accordance with cleaning operating procedures, operational standards and evaluation criteria. Inspect the on-site quality of the company’s sanitation services against quality standards. Carry out regular surveys on field operation quality, conduct daily inspection, scoring, uploading and reward & penalty verification for assigned areas, and rectify on-site operations to ensure service quality in the region. Outstanding performers with relevant career aspirations may transfer to commercial positions at a later stage: (1) Communicate and liaise with government competent authorities and external partners, and follow up the whole process of sanitation project development; (2) Complete preliminary investigation and planning for sanitation projects; (3) Sort out project information, organize documents of each project phase and input data into the system. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, expected graduation in 2027. Majors including Marketing Management, Marketing, Municipal Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Property Management, Traffic Engineering, Automobile Maintenance and related disciplines.
