About the Role:

MICROSOLV is seeking a motivated, organized, and ambitious individual to join our team as an Operations Management Trainee. This is a structured 12-month leadership development program designed to provide hands-on experience across multiple departments while working directly with company leadership.

This position offers exposure to customer service, operations, purchasing, production, logistics, facility management, business systems, and continuous improvement initiatives. The goal is to develop a well-rounded future leader with a deep understanding of how every area of the business contributes to customer satisfaction and operational success.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and support day-to-day operational processes across multiple departments
• Assist in monitoring production workflows, inventory management, and supply chain coordination
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Help oversee quality control procedures and ensure compliance with company standards
• Participate in team meetings, reporting, and performance tracking initiatives
• Support staff coordination, scheduling, and resource allocation under management guidance
• Develop a working knowledge of company products, services, and operational systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP or operations software is a plus
• Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow into an operations leadership role
