We're looking for an ambitious and motivated Operations Management Trainee to join our growing team and develop the skills needed for a future management position.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to understand how a business operates, from daily team coordination and customer engagement to sales performance, marketing campaigns and operational planning.

As an Operations Management Trainee, you'll work closely with experienced team members, receive structured training and gradually take on more responsibility as you develop.

Your Role & Responsibilities

You'll gain practical experience across different areas of business operations, including:

• Supporting the organisation and coordination of daily team activities
• Learning how sales and marketing campaigns are managed
• Assisting with customer engagement and business development activities
• Monitoring team performance and working towards business objectives
• Helping organise schedules, workloads and daily priorities
• Supporting new team members with training and onboarding
• Developing an understanding of operational processes and reporting
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and team performance
• Working alongside management to understand leadership and decision-making
