Are you a hands-on operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment? iDC Logistics is looking for an experienced 2nd Shift Operations Manager to lead warehouse, manufacturing, refurbishment, and distribution activities at our San Bernardino operation. You’ll guide supervisors and frontline teams while driving measurable results in safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and customer service.

What You’ll Lead

• Safe, efficient second-shift operations across receiving, processing, manufacturing, refurbishment, loading, shipping, and facility housekeeping.
• Supervisors and frontline teams responsible for service, quality, productivity, and cost targets.
• Customer KPIs, including accurate, damage-free, and on-time shipments.
• Workforce planning, labor utilization, and achievement of cost-per-unit and units-per-hour goals.
• SOP development, continuous improvement, operating budgets, capital projects, and accident-prevention initiatives.
• Employee recruitment, coaching, development, recognition, engagement, and performance management.

What You Bring

• Eight years of supervisory or management experience in a high-volume warehouse, cross-dock, transloading, distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment.
• Experience with operating budgets, capital projects, cost-reduction programs, and productivity improvements.
• Strong leadership, communication, workforce-planning, relationship-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; experience with warehouse and yard management systems is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and pivot quickly as business needs change.
