Job Title: Operations Manager Assistant

Job Description:

• Manage production planning and execution.
• Quality control of production process and products.
• Manage sourcing of raw materials and maintain set levels of inventory, assure quality of supplied raw materials. Handle suppliers, streamline supply logistics.
• Distribution Coordination and management
• Monitor machinery and facilities and schedule periodic and corrective maintenance.
• Support process and facility setup and improvement projects
• Support sales process with followup and coordination with new clients

Desired Skills & experience:

• Assistant to production or operations manager.
• Proven management abilities.
• Use of computer programs
• Food production

Soft Skills:

• Good Interpersonal Communication
• Problem solving and negotiation
• Should be adaptable and result oriented
• Should be a ‘go getter’ & positive in nature
• Good in communication of English, Kannada & Hindi
