- Quality & Safety (QA/QC): Enforce strict testing for raw materials and concrete mixes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Schedule preventive maintenance, manage troubleshooting, and minimize plant downtime.
- Team Leadership: Direct plant operators, mechanics, and dispatchers, handling schedules and performance.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor raw material supplies (cement, aggregates, water, admixtures) and manage operational budgets
