Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage our blue-collar workforce, including technicians and warehouse personnel. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills, along with hands-on experience in logistics, warehouse, transportation, or field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage teams comprising blue-collar workers, technicians, and warehouse staff.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow across warehouse and logistics activities.
• Plan and allocate manpower based on workload, operational requirements, and business demands.
• Monitor workforce attendance, productivity, performance, and discipline.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including loading, unloading, inventory movement, and dispatch.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
• Address on-ground operational challenges and resolve employee grievances effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of operational activities.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly MIS reports covering productivity, attendance, manpower, and overall operations.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Maintain a positive work environment and motivate the team to achieve operational targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Transportation, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing blue-collar teams, technicians, warehouse staff, or field workforce.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on and practical approach to managing ground-level operations.
• Ability to plan manpower and manage multiple operational activities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic MIS/reporting.
