Operations Manager — Café

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a café in Al Khobar. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in café or F&B operations and be comfortable leading from the floor and actively managing day-to-day activities.

This role is suited for someone who is hands-on, operationally focused, and able to lead the team directly, rather than managing primarily from a desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the café and ensure smooth service.
• Lead, supervise, and support staff on the floor.
• Monitor service flow, staff performance, and customer experience.
• Ensure company standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and presentation are maintained.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and daily operational requirements.
• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Ensure proper staff scheduling and workflow.
• Support the team during busy periods and lead by example.
• Monitor sales and operational performance and work toward achieving business targets.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Proven and extensive experience in café, restaurant, or F&B operations.
• Strong hands-on experience managing daily café operations.
• Excellent leadership and staff management skills.
• Ability to manage service flow, inventory, and store standards.
• Confident working directly with staff and customers on the floor.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Reliable, organized, and results-driven.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Filipino, Indian, or Lebanese candidates preferred.
• Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia.
• Valid and transferable Iqama is preferred/required.
• Available to join immediately is an advantage.
