Operations Manager (Carpark)

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee daily carpark operations, including traffic flow, cleanliness, signage, lighting, and timely maintenance and repair works and road maintenance within the cityManage parking revenue streams (e.g., hourly and season parking, paid complimentary, deposit refunds, promotions), including reconciliation and reportingImplement and maintain a regular inspection regime to ensure operational standards and safety complianceOversee the operation, maintenance, and renewal of carpark systems (e.g. EPS, Parking Guidance System, top-up stations)Prepare and submit monthly operational and financial reportsReview parking charges periodically and provide data-driven recommendationsRespond to customer feedback and service requests promptly and professionallyReview, improve, and implement carpark-related work processes to enhance efficiency and service qualityAdminister vendor contracts, including those for maintenance services and payment gateway providersAssist in the preparation and monitoring of the annual carpark operations budgetReview and craft SOP for carpark operations and policy

Requirements Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Business, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience managing mid-to-large-scale carparks or portfolios of carpark sitesStrong initiative, problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal and communication skillsFamiliarity with carpark systems, local regulations, and vendor management is an advantageCertification as a Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM) is preferred and will be an added asset
